American actress Morgan is born as Patsy Ann McClenny who grew up with her younger sister Cathryn Hartt who is also actress in Dallas. Her father is Edward Milton McClenny and her mother Martha Jane McClenny (girlsname: Hartt) is English high school teacher who gave lessons at the Richardson High School. Her mother died on may 4 in 1999 through complications from stroke. She studied at the Lake Highlands High School in Dallas where she graduated in 1967.

She made her action debut in this story who tells about the biography of gangster Charles "Pretty Boy" Floyd who started his career when he saw how his father dies on young age in ''Bullet for Pretty Boy'' (1970). He hunts on the killer of his father in order to take revenge for his dead. 


She plays Renee DeSalles next to the legendary Bruce Lee and Richard Harrison in ''Challenge of the Tiger'' (1980). CIA agents Huang Lung (played by Bruce Lee) and Richard Cannon (Richard Harrison) travel from Spain to Hong Kong in order to bring the stolen formula of a super-sterility drug back. She plays Cmdr. Sigrid Ivorstetter in this story about a bunch of young and impulsive space navy cadets who make their first real space flight in ''Star Command'' (1996). They are attacked during the flight and realize that the attack is not a training mission. The cadets must defend their self against the aliens in order to return safely to earth.
