Her father is Edward Milton McClenny and her mother Martha Jane McClenny (girlsname: Hartt) is English high school teacher who gave lessons at the Richardson High School. Her mother died on may 4 in 1999 through complications from stroke. She studied at the Lake Highlands High School in Dallas where she graduated in 1967.
